Photo Tampa Bay, FL TBARTA Regional Transportation Master Plan We worked with TBARTA, the recently-formed 7-county transportation authority, to develop, screen, and evaluate ridership and costs for various alternatives within a regional multimodal plan. Download case study >

Photo Columbia, SC CMRTA COA and Comprehensive Study We led a successful multi-firm effort to conduct a COA, Park and Ride Study, and Management Review within a tight 3.5-month timeframe. The outcome was a bold three-phased service and financial plan to transform CMRTA. Download case study >

Photo Atlanta, GA Atlanta Regional Transit Vision Plan We were part of the development of operating statistics, costs, and ridership for a multi-agency, multimodal plan distilled from a list of 63 initial projects evaluated for their cost effectiveness, regional viability, and other measures. Photo Knoxville, TN Knoxville Area Transit TDP and Scheduling Plan As part of our work developing a TDP for KAT, we produced the detailed scheduling and interlining plan that would reroute local, express, and trolley service through a new downtown transit center without incurring new costs.
